Rental Remittance 

All rental payments are due on the 1st of each month without notice or demand. As a courtesy, monthly rental statements are forwarded by email on the 25th of the month from Property Management.

All payments shall be made payable to: 24 Waterway LLC

Payments must be mailed to:

A late fee will be assessed per your lease agreement if payment is not received in a timely manner.  Any questions concerning payments should be directed to the Property Management Office.
