    • Tenants who wish to validate their visitor parking must go to www.24waterwayparking.com   Interested tenants will register with the Property Management Office via this website and a login will be created.  The Property Management Office will utilize this website to run a report monthly and bill back the tenants for all validated parking for the month.

    • Speed limit is 10 mph in garage. Stop for all pedestrians.
    • Vehicles must be parked entirely within the painted stall lines of a single parking stall.
    • All directional signs and arrows must be observed.
    • Trailer hitches that extend beyond the bed of the truck need to be removed. They are a source of injury and damage to pedestrians and other vehicles.
    • Unreserved parking is available in all spaces not noted as reserved, visitor, or accessible.
    • Parking is prohibited: (a) in areas not striped for parking; (b) in aisles or on ramps; (c) where “no parking” signs are posted; (d) in cross-hatched areas; (e) areas marked “Fire Lane”; and (f) in such other areas as may be designated from time-to-time by Landlord.
    • Tenants need to complete the Access Card/Parking Form, which is available via the Online Tenant Request Portal, prior to issuance.
    • Tenants with parking rights at The Waterway Square Garage, please fill out this form.
    • Multiple vehicles can be added to your parking profile.
    • Tenants driving a vehicle without an access card or activated Toll Tag will be charged the posted daily rates.
    • DO NOT drive under a closing gate arm. Upon entering and exiting the garage, approach the gate arm slowly, the arm will raise automatically as it reads your access card or Toll Tag in the windshield.  The Reading process does not begin until the vehicle is within 10 feet of the barrier gate.  Do NOT attempt to enter or exit behind another vehicle while the gate is raised “piggybacking”.  The gate will close after each vehicle enters/exits.  Gates may damage your vehicle and management will not be responsible for any damage resulting from piggybacking.
    • If the garage access card is lost or damaged, a $10.00 Replacement Fee will be charged.
    • Third party access to the garage (tow trucks, claims adjusters, repairmen, etc.) will not be granted without prior notification to parking management.  Tenants/third parties will be responsible for any parking charges due for third party access.
    • ENTIRE GARAGE is NON-SMOKING.
    • Landlord reserves the right, without cost or liability to Landlord; to tow any vehicle if such vehicle’s audio theft alarm system remains engaged for an unreasonable period.
    • Landlord reserves the right from time-to-time to modify and/or adopt such other reasonable and non-discriminatory rules and regulations for the parking facilities as it deems reasonably necessary for the operation of the parking facilities.
    • Building owner and management are not responsible for any loss due to theft, collision or any other damages to vehicles in the parking garage, surface lot or any other areas on-site.
