Maintenance Requests
Maintenance requests or requests for service of any kind should be made through the Management Office via the Online Tenant Request Portfolio or by phone number (832) 813-7373. Engineering personnel are available for service from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you have an emergency maintenance situation, a building staff person can be reached through our answering service after regular business hours by calling (832) 813-7373 (answered 24 hours a day).
While not considered maintenance work, small alteration tasks such as installing additional electrical outlets, painting, etc., should also be coordinated through the Management Office. If a task requires an outside vendor’s services, under your signed authorization, we will solicit bids and select the appropriate vendor. You will be given an estimate of charges for the work, and it must be signed before work can begin.
