Business Hours of Operation 

The Management Office hours of operation are:

Monday through Friday                      8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Building hours of operation are as follows (unless otherwise stipulated in the lease agreement):

Monday through Friday                      7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday                                             8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Sunday                                                Closed

Standard operating hours for the Building’s heating and cooling system are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, unless otherwise noted in your lease.  If you need adjustments to the temperature of your office, please enter a request in the Online Tenant Request Portal. A member of the building staff must handle the temperature adjustments.  We will make every effort to provide an even temperature and as comfortable an environment as possible. 

Afterhours HVAC must be requested via the Online Tenant Request Portal if needed outside of the hours stated in your lease.  The Management Office will arrange for HVAC service beyond these hours at an additional charge as stated in the lease.  You will be invoiced for the service on your next statement.  Requests for additional service should be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
