24-hour security: There is a 24 hour on site security officer available at the property 7 days a week. They can be reached directly by phone at (832) 557-5547 (Please note that onsite security officers do not have authorization or means to admit anyone into any suite without prior written authorization.)
Recycling center (paper, cardboard, plastic and aluminum) - There is 24-hour access to the recycling center which is located indoors at the back of the loading dock.

Attached parking garage - If you have an E-Z Tag, it can be activated for the on premises garage. A parking sticker can be issued if you do not already have an E-Z Tag sticker.
